Farah Naz Alam, from Bangladesh, completed her bachelor degree in medicine and surgery (MBBS) from Bangladesh Medical College in year 2014. She also completed her one year internship at the same institute, working with the patients and trying to cure them with her knowledge. After her internship, she joined Welcare hospital Ltd. In Dhaka, Bangladesh as a Medical Officer. There she had to deal with patients and tried to serve them with her limited knowledge. While working there, dealing with the patients from the rural areas, she got interested to broaden her knowledge. That’s why she decided to study MAHASSA, to broaden her knowledge and to learn about the health care issues of South Asia.
